Venari Haliat is a Trandoshan male Force-Sensitive and a soldier during numerous wars, battles, and skirmishes with other Clans on Dosha. A fearsome warrior and stalwart defender of his clan, Venari Haliat was born a long time ago but was altered by Anzati scientists in his earlier years, mostly for a prolonged show in the Gladiatorial Arenas. Sometime after he was bought from slavery, Venari was trained as a Darkside apprentice by a mysterious Anzati female, who would later release him back onto his homeworld.

After he had returned to his clan, Venari watched as his clansman's numbers dwindled thanks to both his Scale Lords incompetents and lack of compassion for his men, Venari promptly assumed a leadership role within the warrior ranks after the deaths of a number of Under-Lords, which left him without a match in his clan, which earned the ire of his Scalelord.

Biography

Early Life

Claimed as a hatchling by priests of The Scorekeeper, the lizard young Venari was offered up to The Scorekeeper, the goddess of the Trandoshans, and plunged ritualistically into a cauldron of Blood. Initiated into a tribe that considers The Hunt to be the meaning of life itself, the lizard young was raised as a Hunter and a Warrior, and over the years had become a deadly foe.

One of his Scalelord most feared warriors, Venari was a master of blades, strategy, tactics, and capable of slaying his target in single combat. But it was not just the foes of the his tribe that feared him - for his Scalelord master made sure to keep his friends close and his enemies closer, but eventually his leader made sure he was taken away whether it was by death or another means.

Home is where the death is

Bitter about the resentment from his Scalelord, Venari had become feared and loved in the tribe both because of his brutality and his Force-Sensitivity, despite his glaring lack of knowledge exempt for the most simple of Force abilities. As with all Trandoshan warriors he was wedded with a number of wives.

When his Scalelord launched a war against the neighboring tribes, Venari was sent in as the first into the fight hoping that he would be killed, eventually leading a forced that pushed deep into enemy territory. This war was eventually won, and Venari and his army was praised as heroes.

The Scalelord had given him one more chance be killed without it looking like he wanted Venari to be killed, but after his growing popularity amongst his people he decided to take a more drastic measure.

Offworld Adventure

Captured by Anzati raiders from his homeworld and sold as a slave on Anzat, Venari was taken in chains to the Gladiatorial arenas of the species. He was forced to fight in brutal pit-fights for the amusement of the Anzati nobility. He grew large and strong as he defeated everything thrown at him. Over the years he fought all manner of creatures for the entertainment of the braying crowd. In-between many of his fights, his masters would experiment on his mind, body, and soul until their curiosity was saturated, it was during one of these experiments that Venari was given the 'gift' longevity, despite its usefulness it isn't on the scale of the Anzati.

When a mysterious Anzati purchased him from his slave-master and promised his freedom in exchange for becoming her apprentice, Venari was suspicious. However, the mystery women lived up to her side of the bargain and so he did his, eventually he was transported back to the his homeworld of Trandosha, teaching him some new tricks that helped him lead his tribe to the greatest victories he had seen.

So it was that Venari returned to his homeworld. With his size and brute strength from years of pit-fighting, he slaughtered the Scalelord of his old tribe and took the position himself. Leading his tribe, he headed for the rest of the island, eager for more slaughter and bloodshed.
