It is publicly acknowledged that Ximaro Jix is the leader of the crime syndicate known as the Zann Consortium. Widely considered a terrorist organization across the galaxy, his Zann are an underground network that includes the Dark Star Hellions swoop gang, Dread pirate outfit and NexCore Mining Corporation. Labeled as a crime lord by his own organization, Ximaro is also is the first president and the founding father of the Dark Star Hellions where he still retains active membership as a patch of good standing.
In addition Ximaro holds membership among Dread Pirates where he served as the long time advisor to Dread leader Shane Tayjer with the specially designated rank of Skeleton Hand, until officially filling the role of Dread leader on day 65 Year 16 , retaining the title of Skeleton Hand .
