The Nilgaard Mercantile Guild: Tauwolf.png The Nilgaard Mercantile Guild was started Year 25 day 41 in the Nilgaard sector under the ownership and direct supervision of Dendran Bastile a man of faith, jack-of-all trades, and stalwart businessman. He credits the Guild's many initial successes, business venture developments, and contracts to the dedicated and highly trained Commerce Agents. These Commerce agents are responsible for the promotion of intergalactic trade, economic growth, and technological advancement of their various products and revenue sources.

Tradekus Ring: Tradekus Ring.png The Tradekus Ring is the primary headquarters for the guild and the command post for the Director of Commerce, from which he directs the affairs of the organization. This outpost started as a meager resort for weary travelers to take a load off and relax with a couple of drinks has undergone major changes after its gifting from the Trade Spine League to the guild for its restoration and renovation. Now the small outpost is 5x the diameter of the original station boasting an additional 500+ rooms and a large starport responsible for the on and offloading of commercial goods and retrieved contraband. This starport also boasts one of the galaxies largest networks of connections courtesy of the affiliation with the Menagerie through the Trade Spine League and Scitrok. The services the guild is capable of offering through the Tradekus ring is largely based on it being the trade-offspring of the menagerie, an outer rim alliance.

Galactic Defense Force: GDF logo.png The Galactic Defense Force serves as the protectorate division of the guild monitoring hyperlanes, commerce routes, and company warehouses and space stations across the galaxy. The GDF as they are better known protects and provides security for the guild, its members, and assets. All GDF soldiers are considered commerce agents, but not all commerce agents are soldiers. Always recognizable by their purple armor and unique helmets; these agents are just as skilled with a blaster as they are with an abacus due to their extensive training by the skilled mandalorian clan Cid'Tsad uliik. Thieves, Scammers and Con-Men beware of crossing their path!

The Fiduciary Committee: Select officers are chosen to join the ranks of the much more discreet operations of the elite Fiduciary Committee. They have free reign to operate wherever the Director of Commerce needs them within the Menagerie or even outside their official borders. These agents are highly skilled members of the guild and generally comprised of top talent from the guilds varying members, leaning heavily upon the skill and strength of the mercenaries of the Trade Spine League, and other members of The Menagerie. The Fiduciary Committee members under the direct supervision of the Director of Commerce will often undergo Clandestine tasks for the general defense or best interests of the guild. The responsibility of these Fiduciary Agents is to ensure that the best interests of the guild and its members are looked after on a galactic scale, be careful not to cross one of these agents as they can disarm and kill you just as fast as they can balance financials.

The Advisory Board: The Advisory Board is responsible for the group direction and focal points of the guilds investments. They operate with councilors from each member faction, taking into total account each members interest, and voting on where to invest or direct funding for the guild which is then approved and carried out by the Director of Commerce and his agents. The Advisory Board is also responsible for identifying threats to trade in each of their own sectors and reporting it including, but not limited to, threats from piracy, market manipulation, scam artists, raiders, thieves, assassins, and illegal bounties. These threats are then handled by the GDF or the Fiduciary Committee depending on scale and threat to commerce.

Guild Membership: Guild membership is established through an investment into the guild in exchange for you or your faction's stake as a limited partner in the joint venture. The guild requires recruit-ability of agents and soldiers into the GDF from the member faction's territories minimum investment of 500,000,000 credits which goes to the maintenance of the guilds properties as well as new investments. In return for you investment into the guild you become entitled to a share of the guilds profits, relative to your investment size, which are calculated and paid out annually by the Fiduciary Committee. In addition you are granted protective rights over GDF assignments, meaning that you gain access to the might or the guilds combined forces through our protection of your sectors and special defense contracts. Individuals may also join the guild as personal advisor representatives, but due to their inability to offer recruitment individuals are subject to a 2,000,000,000 minimum investment; which also defends the guild from more liquid investors. Upon retiring guild membership a member may retrieve 1/4 of their initial investment after vesting with the guild for 1 year.
