Youth

Seperated from his parents and siblings at young age, growing up on the grasslands and forests of Kiffex which lied not far from his boarding school, he lived a spartan / warrior like life as a kid, and was always training in the art of Spinjitsu. The forests were a perfect place to train his stealth skills. When he was old enough they told him his parents died long ago but that he had 2 sinblings, Neria and Lilly Derycke. Ryu found out that Lilly has also passed way, and Neria was missing and now he is always on the lookout if he can find information on Neria's whereabouts while he also joined the Rebel Alliance on a later age.

Personality

Ryu can be described as a nutcase at times, with a strong sense of humour. But on the other side he can also be serious. He's very loyal to his siblings, comrades, and the people he loves. He would take a lasershot for them if needed, and will go through fire for them. He posseses a huge amount of creativity, he designs about anything, from ships to the tiniest item.

Abilities

Ryu is wel trained as a combatant, gunner and pilot. He learned the "Art Of Spinjitsu" from Grandmaster Wu on his homeplanet Kiffex. Ryu has excellent reflexes, and a very good eyesight, sighting his enemies from far away, making him also the perfect reconaissance. At young age he learned piloting speeders and vehicles and on later age, when he got his first spaceship, a Liberator Starfighter, he learned the tricks of flight.

Also very creative, making art, customizing ships and even the tiniest item. Also has his own Painting line under his artist name Bob Flozz

Joining The Rebel Alliance

Ryu joined the Rebel Alliance to fight for freedom for every being and enrolled the Academy, taking every course and exam they had to offer and graduated Cum Laude. Soon after that he joined the Naval Command as a pilot.
