It is with deep regret I announce the following.
The Antarian Rangers - Resurrected after a millennia of almost forgotten times now lays down to to realisation that this universe is as corrupt within as it is without. TAR was an idea, built on our forefathers of warriors of the Jedi - once renowned for their justice and strength of what is right and just for life to prosper in peace, they were to be the right hand of those with the natural talents of this supreme ability known as the Force. They would give their lives and their mind, body and spirit to serve with those touched with the force, those 'truly' trained in greater ideals to serve those afflicted by the twisted realities of galactic politics and the darkness or egotism and the lust of finance and assets.
It has become unfortunately apparent there is a dark streak deep within the community of those with individual ideals in high positions overcoming the galactic citizens realities of justice, family, friendship and hard friction of what is right and what is not with the management of a community spirit and honour.
In these disturbing times, the forces of evil flourish and if such a noble group as The Antarian Rangers could be affected, then all factions are vulnerable to those that have even the most stringent of security measures in place for membership. TAR was created 'before its time' and has shown such prosperity comes at a price of the individual who leads this crusade.
TAR has always been a strong body of individuals who truly have seen the side of the worst of peoples in this galaxy and have wanted to do something about it be it directly through force of wills or through the backdoor channels utilizing stealth of commitment to change the ways of those mislead upon the darker paths of the pursuit of financial greed or just overcome with power without the intelligence or wisdom that must be its guide. Those that are what are described as "Sociopaths" without regard of feelings or structure of a community and that their own lives are the ONLY focus they behold and be damned anyone friend, foe or family who gets in its way.
When TAR was hurt with the abuse of one who had access to such power in the past - it was corrupted and saw a deep wound with its power that overcame reason. This lesson was not heeded and yet again we saw another overcome with the lust of moneys, assets and no moral conscious or honour with those that signed up under its mighty banner. They who would give of themselves in the belief they were fighting for the common good of freedoms and liberties deserved by all. Who signed on knowing it was a tough battle against almost hopeless odds of the perverse rationale of what governs the sentients and whats needed to find that piece of prosperity we all strive for.
But forgive me I ramble on about such matters that were private and became public. And now for the big picture of Life and times within this galactic community from one who has been a prince and a porper, a warrior and a worker and old vet and a naive newbie who tried and has shaped a community with his brothers and sisters in arms. Its time for some matters to be spoken publicly about the shape of the galaxy as a whole and I can only hope some matters said in the following points will be understood for what they are.
To the Owners of registered Factions:
1) Be extremely careful who you appoint to manage the business who you have entrusted to lead and manage.
2) Resumes of deeds and background checks are a must, they have to be willing to commit to the community you have built and have illustrated their community spirit on par to the factions nature. Be wary of those who are easily changed with the prospect of monies and assets, they cannot be trusted.
3) They must be willing to give of themselves all for the long term goals and be nurturing of the community they are assigned to manage. Take the time to cross examine them when such applications are given, ask many questions seeded with the true questions you need answered.
4) know that when a leader is instated, they have access to the company assets and personnel - this is self evident of the lure of lust of greed - can they keep their hands out of the cookie jar? what can you do about securing the faction from crime within?
5) Ensure outgoing leaders what they are entitled to for the assests within the faction, too many good groups destroyed from greed from idiocy and uncompassionate people charged with this access.
Simple questions we all think are asked of our leaders are not being done. I personally have never seen a greater time of need to fight against this internal plague that sees so many thief
