Vortex System Returns under Imperial Law

On all holovid thoughout the Galaxy, all secreens become black with the Imperial Crest shining in the middle.
Your current program is interrupted by this special bulletin from Fakir sector. The government of His Majesty the Emperor has a very important declaration.
The stellar space and the planet Fakir appears in the background. Then, the image is transferred to a massive Imperial fleet in formation somewhere unknown to most people. Afterwards, a bald, middle-aged man sitting in a command throne appears. His right cheek is scarred from the eye to the corner of his nose. The man wears the the Imperial Moff uniform, but has insigna pads on his shoulders, marking that the man held or still holds the rank of General...
Greetings, loyal Imperial citizens and puny, useless Rebel scoundrels. I am Ragnar Drakken, Imperial Moff of Fakir Sector, retired Major General of the Imperial Army, known throughout the Empire as "the Scourge of Tatooine".
I am here to announce a brillant Imperial victory over our enemy the Black Sun and all the subservient pirates who try to save their miserable hides. An important Imperial Fleet is currenly in two-lines formation in Vortex system, located in Fakir sector. The surprise of our enemy is complete. Enemies ships of the Black Sun were singled out and annihilated, one by one.
All Eidola ships spotted in vicinity are being pulled in our VSDs and ISDs via Tractor Beams as I speak. Their crew are arrested by armed crewmen and marines and taken away for interrogation. I must say that the pirates caught in our nets will soon envy those of the Black Sun who were erased out of the universe by our military might. Their pain will be long as we interrogate them for information. And after they talk, for they will talk, we will torture them some more to make them pay for all the Imperials they assassinated.
Vortex system is being secured and put once again under Imperial Law. All planets are being scanned thoroughly, and hostiles found on them are executed mercilessly. None of the planets of the system were protected, which show the cowardice of our enemy. They cannot even protect their looting.
And this is only the first step. We will stop only when the whole Fakir Sector is purged of all our enemies. Long Live the Emperor Vodo Bonias! Long Live the Empire!
As Drakken utters these words, the whole crew shouts and repeat them. The Imperial March plays as soundtrack, as the image fades and shows a VSD shooting with all his turbo-lasers on much smaller ships around her, some exploding on plain sight once and a while. Finally the image returns to the Imperial Crest, and fades to black.
