| In the earliest days when the Hutts expanded their criminal empires they had targetted the [[Twi`lek]] people in order to lay claim to the riches that [[Ryloth]] had to offer, more specifically [[Ryll]]. For every aggressor and wannabe conqueror the people of [[Ryloth]] vanquished another popped up its ugly head to take its place. One of these so-called conquerors were a band of [[Chevin]] named [[The Unsavory Horde]]. The war that insued between the Horde and the Ziveri clan was one that lasted for years with neither side winning any ground except losing tremendous amounts of life on both sides. As the conflict reached new heights the five clanheads of the Ziveri clan met with the leader of the Unsavory Horde. A deal was struck. The [[Chevin]] would cease their hostilities, even defend the clan and transport their [[Ryll]] offworld, if and only if, the [[Twi`leks]] would hand over some of their firstborn daughters to live their lives as slaves and if they mined the [[Ryll]] for them.
