The Anjiliac Kajidic is a Hutt clan which deals primarily in legitimate trade and gambling. It is a Clan of the Ancients, represented on the Hutt Grand Council by its de facto leader, Popara Anjiliac Diresto. The clan is most well known for its refusal to participate in the trade of slaves and its cordial relationship with the New Republic and other members of the Galactic Alliance.
History
Although members of the clan can trace their lineage to before the Hutt Cataclysms more than 15,000 years ago, the Kajidic only regained galactic prominence within the past few centuries as a result of the cooperation and consolidation of power between Babosa and Popara Anjiliac.
