About

The Rwookrrorro Commonwealth (RC) is primarily made up of Wookiees who seek a stable community for the common good of all those involved. In other words, and in keeping with the definition of a commonwealth, we are concerned with the well-being of all our members.

The Wookiees are a strong and mighty race and will be made stronger still when we stand together, united. That is why we seek out Wookiees far and wide across the galaxy and rally them to our cause, either by them working directly in RC or by supporting it from their current positions in other organizations. Our members come from various and diverse backgrounds and each brings with them a rich history and tradition.

Currently the Rwookrrorro Commonwealth is a Non-Faction Group but has plans to expand in the future. We are in the process of building a solid foundation before starting that expansion and formal transition to Faction.

Many Wookiees have come to see the Rwookrrorro Commonwealth as a second home and it continues to grow a little every day.

History

Over the course of time there have been many instances when the Wookiees have risen up and sought in purpose to unite. One of the more recent attempts was mildly successful and named The Wroshyr Society. Led by Azarin Isard, then Governor of Kashyyyk, and Gravnkev Forestwanderer. The Wroshyr Society's aim was to unite the Wookiees by sharing the history of their culture and promote the gathering and socializing of the clans. The Wookiees enjoyed their time spent with each other and friends. However, word of the movement never made it very far and eventually things quieted down before being laid to rest altogether. The galaxy continued on as it so often does, and the Wookiees each parted and went their separate ways, save for a few who became fast friends or banded together. It was a long while before the call would go out once again for the Wookiees to unite.

When next someone rose up to unite the Wookiees it was Elijah Shoryyhn, a simple production technician. The first vestige of what would eventually become the Rwookrrorro Commonwealth began with the Rwookrrorro Trade Center (RTC). Elijah's original intention was to create a trade center in order to market his products and get to know other Wookiees, however, it quickly took off from there. RTC was founded in Rwookrrorro, Kashyyyk, where the trade center became very profitable and word began to spread throughout the surrounding area. Soon, Wookiees far and wide began to travel to visit the trade center and would bring with them goods and wares that were particular to their region. The Wookiees began to socialize and the clans intermingle, which had not happened for some time. Elijah quickly found that he became the central figure and spokes-wookiee when the clans would gather. As the Wookiees who visited RTC began to realize the clear benefits of actively pursuing relations with their neighboring clans they pressed for a more formal gathering and talks of uniting the Wookiees started. A short time later the Wookiees began construction in Rwookrrorro of a large Clan Building where representatives could meet to discuss trade and other concerns amongst the clans. It was a very bright and exciting time on Kashyyyk. All were very eager to continue the growth that had already started. Realizing that to sustain and encourage participation and support, Elijah would need to reorganize the structure of RTC and switch from a trade centered organization to one capable of organizing and governing the Wookiees as a whole. Borrowing Rwookrrorro from his trade center and from the location of the clan building, and choosing a commonwealth as the best form of government for the Wookiees, Elijah took RTC and transformed it into the Rwookrrorro Commonwealth (RC). Then, with the help of his fellow Wookiees, they discussed the best organization within the newly formed RC and what aspects they wanted to focus on and convey about the Wookiees both as a race and culture; which they set about afterward quickly implementing.

Mission of The Rwookrrorro Commonwealth

The Rwookrrorro Commonwealth mission is to help Wookiees in the Galaxy, big and small. If a Wookiee needs help and no one else will help, all they need to do is to ask the Rwookrrorro Commonwealth and they will try and help the best they can.

• Chieftain - Head of The Rwookrrorro Commonwealth, Responsible for the overall guidance and decisions of the RC

• Shaman\Healer - Oversees the morale and stability of their fellow Wookiees

• Lorekeeper - Records and relates the historical events of the Wookiees and their culture

• Elder - Holds the knowledge and experience necessary to advise and assist in leading

• Holder of the Law - The hand, moderator and protector of the Wookiees

• Member - A Wookiee who is part of their own or another clan, within the RC

• Honor Member - A Member who is not a Wookiee

• Brewmaster - A Wookiee who is reknowned for their drink mixing abilities

• Hunter - A Wookiee who is an accomplished hunter with many trophies

Due to being one of the most hunted races in the galaxy, members have asked that they stay hidden from the rest if the galaxy at this time. This is there choice and is for there safety and that they can live.'
