There are many issues with cubic meters, take for example a staff: http://www.swcombine.com/rules/?Non_Projectile&ID=200 that is apparently 1 meter cubed. Might I suggest a width of 10 meters and a height of 7.5 meters. this would be the passenger compartment not the wings. These numbers generate exactly 1,500 cubic meters volume.
