Cong`liddo Nollaig professional alias Dr. Cong, core name Gliddon, is a Chiss male, born Year 0, Day 79 to a wealthy family of doctors on the Chiss colony of Formac, he was expected to follow in his parents footsteps by taking over the family practice. Instead, Gliddon chose to join the Empire of the Hand and on Year 21, Day 79 he set out from Mek Va Uil to begin the rest of his life.
