They ARE though! I just need to know more about him/ her, but I HAVE spoken to him. He's real!

Leave it be, Venari. I like the mysterious nature of this, and the Combine needs a little spice-up. Nothing better than this to do so. As for the Cardinal, we have some clues. But by now, that‘ll have to wait. Better to confirm. Julio Weston 23:33 GMT -3, 22 November 2015.
