Non-Agression Pact

A Non-Agression Pact is where two parties, usually formed factions agree that they will not engage in any armed conflicts and will resolve any altercations with a negotiated peaceful resolution. Such Non-Agression Pacts are usually ways of saying that they do not wish to be enemies with a particular group, but they also do not wish to be allies. Racial groups such as the Natualon Society also sign NAP's agaisnt other groups or factions so that they may go about their business in the galaxy without any interference or negative impact from other groups.
