Personal life
Rear Admiral Patrick Bisson was a command level officer in the First Imperial Fleet. He served as Fleet Signal Officer and the 13th Group Commanding Officer. He retired into civilian service and is currently a Bureau Chief in the Imperial Security Bureau.
