Doctor Calex, better known as “Lex”, van der Plas is a rising star in the BioMedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Chemical Engineering fields. He holds several degrees, and has worked for top producers of Starships, Armament and even Arms. Deemed “Destro” (Skilled Destroyer) by former co-workers for his abstract approach to problems, and ability to overcome obstacles and produce finished products on time and budget.
Critics cite his ways as unorthodox, and sometimes unethical. However, Calex has never ceased to deliver, or stopped doing what he loves – designing and producing for the future.
Growing Pains
Childhood
Born into a modern middleclass family, Calex was given most anything his heart desired. His father, a regional Governor, and his Mother, a simple local medical nurse provided him with all the attention and opportunities needed by a boy of his advanced intellect would require tackling the world before him.
