Why is the speech marked as OOC, it seems very IC to me. - Kinsa Rha, 29.04.2011, 15:11 GMT

In Spytek's speach there are terms like "game" and "faction", which are clearly OOC. It is sometimes difficult to include historical sources and stick to the IC rule, as not every text produced in the long history of the Combine kept IC and OOC apart as nicely as we would like to have it on Holocron. :) --Dreighton 21:03, 5 May 2011 (GMT)
