He start off building up infrastructure for the organization on the planet [[Nickle One]] in the [[Roche]] system. The lady, [[Helen Hawk]] soon noticed his ability and command of his inferiors and sent him as the admiral of the expeditionary fleet that would assess the conditions on [[Mondress]], a planet then ruled by [[Samuel Ashen]].
