Ibaicot is the attempted product of two minor and insignificant houses to merge their influence in Csilla. [[House Inrokini]] and [[House Tsubovt]], who both held no influence in Chiss politics, wanted to consolidate their power through marriage. They believed that this consolidation would lead them to have representation in [[The Council of Families]]. They hoped that Ibaicot, being the only legitimate heir to the family, would be able to represent this union. Because of his position, Ibaicot's life was devoted to placing him in a position to catch the eye of Chiss [[Aristocras]]. This joint effort by both houses succeeded when House Hzebi took notice of Ibaicot's strong Chiss values and respect for tradition, a trait passed on from both of his parent's houses.
