Daniel Reyalmid was a stormtrooper who defected from the Empire to the Eidola Pirates sometime in year 8. Daniel was known for his love of rum and prostitutes, and is said to have fathered over 20 bastard children. After several years as a successful pirate, Reyalmid was chosen as one of Squall Chitose's personal guards. In an ambush on Pybus III, Daniel Reyalmid was killed in action defending his squadmates. Chitose was so moved by his heroism that he awarded the stormtrooper the Golden Eyepatch, Eidola's highest honor. This has afforded him a statue in Eidola's Garden of Heroes on Sevarcos.
