| Born on Tattooine 48 years ago, to a single mother and dedicated grandparents. My grandfather was a local freight runner in the Orus system, and was the person that taught me to fly. My grandfather loved to tell stories, and each one had a moral. He was a strong man that was centered in his character, he was full of honor, and truth, and he did his be to instill those values in me. When I was 18 years old my grandfather died suddenly. It was like losing a part of myself. He was the rock of the family, and the center of my universe. I was angry, and left Tattoine to join the galactic conflict. I signed up at a recruitment station in Mos Eisley, and within a week I was on my way to training on a planet far from my only home.

| I arrived at the training center and my world changed. I was slated to become a medic in the 12th Recon Unit, assigned to a platoon of roughnecks. We trained ate and slept together. We shared and fought and even dreamed as one unit. I was know as Doc and the others counted on me to make them better. I had a purpose and for the first time since the loss of my grandfather, I felt accepted. War came. Our recon unit was dropped in on a remote planet to recon a sector, and verify a sensor array.
