It at present serves as the home to the Custodianship of the Palace; the Nocturnus Nobilis. It also houses the Nocturnus Consilio; those whom would advise the Custodianship. At the base of the tower is the Central Chamber. A massive secured rotunda that comprises the first level of the Citadel Tower. It presently serves as a primary meeting chamber between both the Nobilis and the Consilio. | |||
