A world of stark contrasts, Hjaff, circles languidly under the emerald gaze of its sun. Unlike its industrial sibling, Hjaff II, Hjaff boasts a breathable atmosphere and a vibrant, if somewhat violent, biosphere.

Dominating the eastern hemisphere are vast volcanic plains, a fiery swathe where molten rock spills forth, painting the landscape in shades of burnt umber and obsidian black. Plumes of ash and smoke rise into the perpetually twilight sky, a constant reminder of the planet's volatile heart. Yet, from this fiery crucible emerges life.

West of the volcanic plains, vast, fertile valleys sprawl outwards, a patchwork of emerald green fields and golden plains. Here, under the watchful gaze of the upper nobility's sprawling estates, the land is meticulously cultivated. Advanced irrigation systems channel geothermal heat from the volcanoes, creating an artificial springtime that allows for a continuous growing season.
