The Rebel Riders are a loosely affiliated 'non-1%' swoop gang formed to celebrate its members enthusiasm for swoops and motorcycles. As it is a hobbyist club only, it has no formal structure as such but was founded by New Republic citizens John Bourne, Loduk Masikari, and Cordin Siprus.
