The Nocturnal Palace is the ancestral home of the Ev'reuin Family of the world Alsakan.
History
The Palace
Citadel Tower
The Citadel Tower is the tallest tower within the Nocturnal Palace, towering over the Palace Grounds. Throughout the history of the Nocturnal Palace the Citadel has served numerous roles. It at present serves as the home to the Custodianship of the Palace; the Nocturnus Nobilis. It also houses the Nocturnus Consilio; those whom would advise the Custodianship. At the base of the tower is the Central Chamber. A massive secured rotunda that comprises the first level of the Citadel Tower. It presently serves as a primary meeting chamber between both the Nobilis and the Consilio.
