The Heretic is a modified YT-1300, currently owned by Carl Warrington the second in command of Eidola Pirates. It was previously owned by Teniel Djo, and sat rotting in Eidola's sizable coffers. Upon his ascension to second in command of Eidola, Djo gifted the ship to Squall Chitose, with the declaration, "You need something to whore around in." For years since Chitose had taken to using Djo's old YT, it was uncertain what the fate of the Heretic was. However, upon Carl's promotion to second in command, Squall continued the tradition and bequeathed the ship to Carl while quoting Djo's earlier statement.
