Takao Asai is the Lord Hegemon of the Tion Hegemony. Lord Asai has held a number of key position within the Hegemony: Chancellor and Chief of Staff, acting as official second-in-command of the Hegemony, President and CEO of Tion Military & Sciences Industries, and Director of Tionese Construction.
