Boloball

Boloball is, in comparison to Shockball, a simple sport that has not changed since its inception in Year 15 by Roga McBea. It is the most popular sport in the New Republic with billions watching weekly.

Boloball Rules

Boloball rules were designed to not be altered in any way. To do so would effectively change the game. There are variants of the sport (namely Small-Team Boloball and Three-Way Boloball), but for it to be called Boloball the rules must be approved for use by the Republic Boloball Association and used in all official games.

The Basics

The sport of Boloball involves two teams attempting to kick a boloball through a large goal guarded by the opposing team's goalie. The teams fight for control over the boloball and are often playing in phases of offense and defense.
