Rwookrrorro Industries is a Wookiee company, lead by Navigator Elijah Shoryyhn. Rwookrrorro Industries (RI) is an equal opportunity employer, meaning the company employs those not of Wookiee heritage. The company itself dabbles in many galactic trades, some such being space station building, trading, and prospecting. This sheds light onto RI's motto, "Versatility. Quality. Efficiency."

History

Rwookrrorro Industries has a rich history which can be traced back through Year 11, including two major transitions, becoming the company it is today. Originally it began as the Rwookrrorro Trade Center (RTC), which was nothing more than an intermediary through which Elijah Shoryyhn marketed his products. In addition, the RTC served as a focal point for an early new player assistance program whereby individuals could sign up to sponsor new players with varying levels of help. New players could then request training and mentorship whereby Elijah would assign them a sponsor and mentor. After the training was complete the new player was given some starting asset and/or credits and sent on their way. The program was largely unsuccessful because it was difficult to coordinate and manage.

The Rwookrrorro Trade Center also became a meeting area for Wookiees galaxy wide. Elijah Shoryyhn, proud of his own Wookiee heritage, set about in an effort to unite the Wookiees in a racial association. Elijah felt that it was time for them all to take their rightful place in the galaxy and in the community. Upon seeing Elijah's passion and sincerity for uniting their race, the Wookiees began to come together in large numbers. Many desired the social aspect of the endeavor while others sought to actively contribute toward building a Wookiee community. Elijah's guidance coupled with the enthusiasm of the Wookiees brought their association to the eyes of the community and soon members of other races appeared to voice their support or contribute resources to the group. The RTC was ill equipped to handle the association and it was decided to reform into the Rwookrrorro Commonwealth (RC).

The Rwookrrorro Commonwealth created for the Wookiees a form of self-government by means of a high council composed of elders. The goal of the RC was to create a Wookiee community which would sustain itself through the contributions of its members. The members were either those in other companies who supported RC in a social aspect and via their contacts and resources while the others could join RC directly and work in it as they would in any other company. The first Elders on the council were chosen by Elijah and were almost entirely made up of Wookiee faction leaders. Some within the RC disagreed with this action and felt that a community vote would be more appropriate. Elijah believed that he was acting in the best interest of the association when he chose Elders based on actual achievements rather than a popularity contest. Elijah Shoryyhn became the Wookiee Chieftain of the Rwookrrorro Commonwealth.

Ultimately, the success and popularity of the Rwookrrorro Commonwealth declined as the association was unable to define itself and its goals for the future, due to internal resistance from various members of the Council of Elders. A few believed that it would be better to send Wookiees forth into the galaxy to take part in other companies while Elijah was adamant that creating a home and place for Wookiees was the better course of action rather than expecting the galaxy to do that job for them. The council was unable to resolve the issue and thus was unable to move forward. Elijah was called away on an important mission at this time and lacking a willing and able leader to replace him, the council was dissolved and the Rwookrrorro Commonwealth quietly disbanded. Afterward, another Wookiee association briefly tried to pick up where RC had left off but quickly fell by the wayside too.

Upon Elijah's return he was disheartened by the failure of the Rwookrrorro Commonwealth. However, he did not lack for resolve nor would let go his dream of seeing the Wookiees united in the future. He worked quietly and diligently in the background laying the foundation for what would eventually become Rwookrrorro Industries. This time however, the company would not be Wookiee centric though it would celebrate the Wookiee culture. It must be said that at first Elijah was not seeking to create another company and in fact he ventured space for some time after his return. Rwookrrorro Industries was named only after the company naturally came into being as a result of prudent planning and preparation. Unwilling to curtail the advancement of the newly forming company it quickly took hold.

Rwookrrorro Industries experienced great success during its initial start which helped to fuel the company and expansions were made. As the workload and responsibility grew Elijah began to hand pick individuals he felt were both capable and professional to assist in the development and management of the company. The increase in size warranted the introduction of additional structure, organization, and procedures into the company in an effort to conduct operations as effectively and efficiently as possible. It's important to note that it has been Elijah's allies and friends who have largely contributed to the success of Rwookrrorro Industries. This is a clear reminder that friendships and community are the most important endeavors.

During the first few months of Year 13, Rwookrrorro Industries launched another expansion effort - the largest since the original founding of the company. After finishing construction on numerous cities and shipyards, and satisfied that the company's base was both stable and secure, plans were made to grow beyond the borders of the home system. Large scale construction efforts were made and successfully completed - increasing the territory and general holdings of the company. The addition of these new assets enabled to Rwookrrorro Industries to temporarily suspend public sales and instead devote all its resources toward bolstering its fleet and general capabilities.

Currently Rwookrrorro Industries maintains its pattern of success and continues to improve upon its capabilities. The company is keen on being the exception to the norm, which they prove in many ways. Though the company employs many different races Elijah is always on the lookout for his fellow Wookiees and he hopes that eventually the time will be right to once again actively unite their race.
