New Appointments in the Imperial Government

Onboard the Imperial Star Destroyer I Imperator in system Coruscant.
GNS newsfeeds from all over the galaxy are suddenly preempted by the seal of the Galactic Empire which shortly fades into the seal of the Sesswenna Sector, home of the Empire's Grand Moff Kirov Quel-Droma. Grand Moff Quel-Droma steps up to the podium and begins to speak.
Ladies and gentlemen of the galaxy, I come before you today to present a statement regarding current events of the galaxy and to announce a couple changes that have been made in the Empire's Governmental Branch as a result of these incidents.
Firstly, as you all well know, Princess Gabriella Storm has recently succeeded the leadership of the New Anzat Order (NAO). The Princess is a proven leader of a number of organizations, most notably Black Sun and Cloud City Mining, and has so far shown that she and the Anzati people are willing and more than capable of returning NAO to the former glory that it had before the economic depression to which it's former leaders have brought it. As a result of her succession, I have appointed Princess Storm as the Imperial Moff of the territories under her rule, namely the New Anzat, Allied Tion and Churba Sectors. These sectors are now considered to be under Imperial jurisdiction and are subject to the same priveleges given to all loyal Imperial citizens.
Secondly, the Empire does not deny the coldblooded murder of Moff Victor von Ismay. Rather, we celebrate the man who devoted his life to reestablishing a strong, ordered government in the Corellia Region that has been absent since the collapse of the impotent Old Republic. Moff von Ismay shared the dream that the Empire would bring strength and unity to all peoples under the Emperor's leadership. I hereby announce that Corellia Sector Adjutant Balach has succeeded his friend and colleague and assumes the rank of Corellia Sector Moff.
Regarding this latest action taken by cowardly insurgents who strike from shadows, too afraid of the Empire to face us directly, I am gravely disappointed at those parties who were accessory to the criminal Teniel Djo's actions and those who aided and abetted in her latest crime. I would hope in the future that all peoples of the galaxy would come to realize that without the Empire, people like Teniel Djo would have free reign to create all means of chaos across the galaxy, toppling governments as easily as a small child knocks down his pile of blocks. For the safety and security to which all sentient beings of the galaxy are entitled, I as that all people cooperate with the Empire in bringing thieves and pirates like Teniel Djo to justice.
With the conclusion of the statement, Grand Moff Quel-Droma steps back from the podium as the seal of the Galactic Empire returns to the screen
