Chancellor Gin`aal, a firm believer in the Mandalorian tradition of leading from the frontlines, joined a small taskforce in an operation against the eidolan slavers on the planet Nal Batta who were attempting to gain a foothold at a selection of different landing zones across the planet. So far several hundred slavers have been killed during skirmishes on the planet with Chancellor Gin`aal amassing a staggering personal kill count.

While leading a raid against one of the BFF-1 Bulk Freighters transporting slavers and slaves to and from the planet surface, Chancellor Gin`aal suddenly became isolated from the rest of his squad. Without backup, Chancellor Gin`aal slaughtered a path through the vessel's crew before its captain locked himself behind blast doors and fired up the ships engines. According to one of the military officers on Nal Batta the chances of finding the Chancellor are considered to be slim at best but that they were still looking for him. He also re-affirmed Mandalore's position towards criminals and pirates, that they do not negotiate under any circumstances. "Chancellor Gin`aal knew this and I am sure he does not expect any mercy" he stated.

Chancellor Gin`aal managed to tap into the freighter communication array before the freighter was seen departing into hyperspace. Chancellor Gin`aal's last transmission from the freighter, reads as follows: "For a Mandalorian warrior, the greatest honour is to die in a battle. This was my last one.
