Biography
During the reign of Emperor Vodo Bonias, Admiral O'Dwyer served as the commander of the ISD Avenger in the year -2. He was also rumored to be part of a secret organization known as Majestic 12. He was later promoted to Moff of Seswenna sector for his loyal service to the throne and for his skills in public relation.
