History
The members of the Chiss Society collaborated to form a chiss company. After a collective donation of capital, plus a loan from the nonchiss Lance Skydancer, the company formed.
Although neutral, its main client was the Falleen Federation. It lasted for a few months before being dissolved before one of its senior members was accused of attempted to loot the company to form his own company(this company would come to be known as Kaos Galactica and later the Azure Empire).
