Nakesh Alliance Extractions was formed by the Nakesh Family in year 9 on day 110. The idea for it started when [[Kamm `aldui` Nakesh]] (Malduin) came to the [[Kathol Sector]] and began working for [[Uukaablis Trans-Systems]]. Malduin noticed that UTS main supplier of Materials, [[Astaroth]], was struggling to service 5 Production Factions and a government. He saw a potential niche market to move into and began building the assets and personnel base to work towards his own mining company. With the support of UTS and DI, Malduin’s territorial base quickly expanded with UTS holding the rights to four planets in the Trax Sector. Malduin also had the support of two of his cousins, [[Miras `eli` Nakesh]] and [[Toras `kaar` Nakesh]]. These two [[Chiss]] were quite wealthy and pledged their not insignificant asset base to support Malduin and his future Mining Company.

Shortly after securing the planetary rights Malduin suffered a setback when his cousins had to return to the Unknown regions due to a family crisis. This resulted in a large portion of Malduin’s assets disappearing , possibly forever. Taking this in his stride Malduin decided to establish a minor investment firm. Although Nakesh Financial Services started off slowly it quickly gathered speed and attracted some large investors. Through this Malduin was able to quadruple his income within a few months and almost reach the asset level required to create the company on his own.

Malduin also quickly gained the support of two of his cousins, Miras `eli` Nakesh and Toras `kaar` Nakesh, two wealthy Chiss nobles who pledged their not insignificant assets.

The company has since joined the Mindabaal League to spearhead an effort on the part of a number of factions within Bamula to improve quality of life throughout the sector, and is led by Photino Frivor and a small team of passionate executives who share a desire to bring economic and cultural prosperity to the like minded citizens of the member planets of the league.
