Description
Ailon Nova Guard (ANG) is one of the premier private military corporations in the Galaxy, operating across multiple sectors from various stations and fleets. Due to its mobile organization the company is able to provide services in areas across the galaxy at a moment’s notice. These services range widely and include protection of individuals and assets, training solutions, retail of security hardware, post-conflict reconstruction, and humanitarian work. All is done with the military speed and efficiency that is the legacy of Ailon Nova Guard. Our employees are highly trained, and their individual strengths encouraged.
We accept sentients from any race, gender, or background into our ranks; discrimination based on those principles is not supported or allowed in this organization.
History
Ailon culture can trace its roots back more than 13,000 years. Its traditions include military excellence, honor, adaptability, and a belief that only the strongest and ablest survive. Ailon warriors were renowned for their skill in battle, the result of much training, discipline, and utilization of the best weaponry such as the Eklot, a sword treated with a fast-acting neurotoxin.
In more recent history Ailon Nova Guard was famous for its economic prosperity and well maintained infrastructure. Its growth was nearly constant, however all was not well. Dissatisfaction with the Galactic Alliance (of which ANG was a member) was growing, and it seemed that many of Ailon’s proud traditions had been forgotten in the scramble to fulfill the crippling responsibilities of a government. To remedy the situation all static assets were sold and a return to Ailon Nova Guard’s non-governmental status was achieved. Once more Ailon Nova Guard was a mercenary organization.
