: To my knowledge, Percilia's Hutt Council does not claim to be the heir to Angobba's faction. I believe Percilia's group claims unbroken descent from the fictional Hutt Council in the Star Wars expanded universe and not from the actual Hutt Council led by Angobba that was destroyed in Year 5. If I am mistaken, then the current Hutt Council led by Percilia Kajidic would need to rewrite/retcon its existing backstory on both its article and its website to include the events surrounding Angobba's old Hutt Council circa Year 5. However, this change would set an important precedent for other Holocron articles: The Hutt Council was an actual Combine Member Group (CMG) and its documented history as related in this article were in-game events actually occurred. Some players in the Hutt Cartel were members of this old CMG. In contrast, the newly-created Hutt Council has no IC-relation to the old one other than using the name. If we adopt your suggestion, then the new "Pentastar Alignment" may legitimately claim to be the official successor to the old "Pentastar Alignment" even though it isn't and we would have to retcon the history of the old "Pentastar Alignment" to account for all future unrelated successors.
