Tomas o`Cuinn is a Hapan male who is perhaps best known for his (past) affiliation with the Black Sun crime syndicate. Personal records for Cuinn has only been recently released, presumably because of his immediate exile from Black Sun soon after the rise of Underlord Alexander von Ismay. Cuinn is also an alleged victim of a unique strain of the Metamorphosis Plague, which partially mutated his DNA to register as Gotal while retaining the physical appearance of his Hapan form.
