Tomas o`Cuinn is a Hapan male who is perhaps best known for his (past) affiliation with the Black Sun crime syndicate. Personal records for Cuinn has only been recently released, presumably because of his immediate exile from Black Sun soon after the ascension of Alexander von Ismay. Cuinn is also an alleged victim of a unique strain of the Metamorphosis Plague, causing a partial mutation in his DNA to register as Gotal while retaining the physical appearance of his Hapan form.
Biography
Childhood
Born in Year -15 to father Culain and mother Maeveen on the planet of Charubah, Cuinn was the oldest of three children. Rossalyn and Kelwyn, fraternal twins, were born three years later.
Adulthood
The Charubah University provided an excellent foundation for Cuinn to study business operations, organizational psychology, and management theory. He graduated with honors in Year 7 and would eventually apply this knowledge during his employment by Black Sun.

Description
A Hapan male of standard height, Cuinn lacks any significant distinguishing marks and does not tend stand out in a crowd. It would be unusual to glimpse Cuinn without his unique armour, though typically it is worn beneath either a synthetic business suit or Morellian oilcoat.
