History

Founded as the "Kathol Mining Corporation" it was once a nationalised corporation of the Kathol Republic. Auron Tamerin took it with him to help form the Tamerin Foundation, and formed an alliance with the New Anzat Order. This alliance was the start of a long and bitter war between the two governments which was only settled several years after. Upon Auron's death due to illness all companies within the Tamerin Foundation became nationalised industries of the Anzatan Commonwealth.

The name was changed as part of an agreement between the Anzatan Commonwealth and the Krath Dynasty, where the Commonwealth agreed to remove all ties to Krath history in return for the remainding 49% of the stocks still retained by the Dynasty.
