Angobba Desilijic Lucar, better known as Angobba the Hutt, was the founder and ruler of the Hutt Council, and a notable figure in galactic politics circa Year 2 to Year 5. Prior to his tenure in the Hutt Council, Angobba was a key member of Princess Gabriella Storm's inner circle in the Black Sun crime syndicate and, circa Year 1 Day 227, was director of Black Sun's Manufacturing Department.
