Mr. Reagan A. Ettore, often known simply as Mr. Ettore, or just Ettore, is a self-proclaimed scientist who has a degree in many theoretical sciences. Must of his past is in fact secret, as he often like to keep it that way, it is known that he has often been seen at Technology Conventions, Seminars, and Conferences. He's also rumored to be a blood relative of a noble family, but often denies this outright.
Biography
Early Life
Not much is known about the early life of Mr. Ettore. Many often feel he simply existed, but this is far from the truth as is currently understood. Though his birthplace is not finitely known, it is presumed to be Hapes as much of his known younger years are in fact spent on the planet.
He is known to of spent a few years at sea on an expedition to find a hidden island, whether or not he actually found one is up for debate.

During his time exploring the galaxy in the pursuit of knowledge, Mr. Ettore made contact with many sentients around the galaxy who wished to form an organization that primarily worked to advance Research & Development throughout the galaxy, seeing a lack of improvement and innovation in the technology used today, much of which is several decades old. Through these contacts the Ominous Fox Institute was formed with the sole objective to further the increase the level of knowledge in topics involving theoretical sciences, and promote research and development regardless of political ties.
