The Scrapper Guild was formed in the latter half of Year 22. Primarily located in both the Chagri System and the Zrak System, the Guild specializes in mining and recycling. The company was created by Truse`vala Ilone as a haven for expat Chiss who felt disillusioned with the political climate of the Chiss Acsendancy and the infighting amongst the Great Houses. Over time however the company grew into a multi-racial company that outgrew its founding ideals and rapidly gained recognition with regional governments, eventually seeing it become an independently owned affiliate of both the Confederacy of Independent Systems and One Nation Under Jou as well as a business partner of the Dorinian Military Corps.
In the early days of Year 23, the Guild negotiated a merger with The Chimaera Fleet. The result of this merger transformed the Guild into a large multi-national corporation, creating a new trade route that spanned from the Outer-Rim Territories, through the Quellor Run and ending in the Southern Core worlds.
History
In Year 21, Day 283 the Guild was illegally registered for four days before being dissolved by galactic authorities on Day 287.
It wasn't until Year 22, Day 261 that official documentation was presented to the authorities on Chagri II by Truse`vala Ilone resulting in the Scrapper Guild becoming an independently registered company.
In Year 23, Day 31 the Scrapper Guild merged with the Chimeara Fleet which was operated by Ondoron Bondoon and thus started a profitable year for the Scrapper Guild, during which time it became an official Nationalized Corporation of the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
In Year 24, Day 33 the Scrapper Guild merged with Sprizen Mineral Holdings as part of a large consolidation of Confederate companies. Retaining its name and corporate structure, the Scrapper Guild emerged as the sole material provider for the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
