Born to a military family on Cerea, Voshca has had exposure to the aspects of war throughout all of his life. One of his favorite pastimes when his father was still alive was to play war simulations and thus he developed a sense of tactics. He knew he wanted to follow in his fathers footsteps to fight and command in battle. This is what he aspires to, but knows it cannot happen on his homeworld of Cerea.
