His father the then Deputy Mayor of the capitol of Alderaan frequently took Tiberius everywhere he went to acustom the boy to political life, His mother strongly disagreed on the matter as she believed the boy would be intruduced to the troubles of riff raft that lay in the city. Tiberius was a very quiet child he would rarely cause trouble and spent most of his free time watching his mother paint or watch his father give speeches from the balcony of the city center. This changed however when the boy turned three when his sister,Annabeth, was born. She hogged the most attention from her parents and he adapted to being alone he would spend most of his time in his fathers study reading books on the Empire, The Galactic Republic and most importantly the ancient Kingdom of Alderaan.

At the age of fourteen he began to study the history and the mentality of the force and the people who had it, His collected works was later published at the behest of his father. Later that year Tiberius met Karina Rustov while visiting his parents in Alderaan.

This made his father happy as an alliance with the house of Rustov could mean great things, after three years of dating Tiberius asked her to marry him she accepted and the two planned their wedding.
