“Ania Laghmani” is a Wookiee who was raised on Kashyyyk by her immigrant father Chandra Laghmani.
Childhood
Ania was raised by her father after her mother, Elara Finnall, left for her duties back in Mandalore. She had a mostly simple childhood and was raised in a strictly Wookiee heritage. She also learned a lot about the galaxy beyond, especially about where her mother was, in Mandalore. After her mother's betrayal of Mandalore, her belief was shattered and she wanted to revive her family name, whether hard or not.

Ania left home on Y26 D49 to join Mandalore and would work there for about 175 days before leaving for a different opportunity in the Rebel Alliance, only to return a few months later.
