Cresno Riltar (Born Year -4 Day 256) is a Male Thyferran from Thyferra. Cresno grew up on Thyferra with his parents Brer and Cerria, working in their Bacta refinement business until Year 25. In Year 25, Cresno returned to his mother's homeland to join the Royal Hapan Armed Forces(RHAF) Navy in the Hapes Consortium. After spending almost two years in the RHAF, Cresno retired from the Navy at a rank of Ensign and joined the Hapan Civil Service, where he currently serves as Fel`ta (Deputy Minister) of the Interior.

Early Life
Childhood
Cresno grew up on Thyferra with his father Brer and his mother Cerria. Cresno's parents met while his mother was on a trade mission to Thyferra. Brer owns a local bacta refinement business, to which Cerria visited with a Hapan trade conglomerate to acquire a source of Bacta. Brer fell for Cerria and courted her, eventually ending with the two of them marrying. Cresno was born a year later in Year -4.
Cresno attended the local public schools in Xucphra City, excelling at Biology. In his free time, Cresno rode speeders in the streets of the city, getting into bumps and scrapes along the way. Eventually, Cresno would join his school's local racing team.
Adulthood
Cresno would go on attend Xucphra University, studying Biomedical Engineering. He graduated at the top of his class. While in his senior year at University, Cresno visited his mother's homeland of Hapes, he gained an appreciation for his mother's Hapan culture.
After graduating from University, Cresno would go on to work in his father's Bacta refinement business, developing techniques to gain efficiencies when refining bacta from Alazhi. Cresno enjoyed his work but felt like he was missing something and could do more. After taking some time, Cresno decided that he wanted to return to Hapes and serve in the Royal Hapan Armed Forces (RHAF).
Hapes Consortium
Star Home Academy
After bidding his parents farewell and leaving his home on Thyferra, Cresno began his training at the Hapes Star Home Academy (SHA).[1] Located in Millinar, the SHA forges recruits into officers worthy of serving under the gaze of the Royal House, blending rigid discipline with the aesthetic expectations of Hapan service. Cresno completed basic training with high marks, quickly distinguishing himself in both simulators and live‑fire exercises. Years of threading speeders through the canyons and traffic‑ways of Thyferra translated into precise control of Academy trainers, and instructors soon learned to pair his flight group with the most difficult exercise profiles. By the time of graduation, Cresno had earned a quiet reputation as one of his class’s most reliable stick‑hands, equally comfortable following orders or anchoring a formation when things went wrong.
After completing his training, Cresno joined the RHAF Navy as a fighter pilot. He was assigned to the Navy’s First Fleet, responsible for guarding Lorell—the main gateway into the Hapes Cluster and the first line of defense between Hapes and the rest of the galaxy. Ministry of the Interior
Director of Office of Hapan Relations
While in the Navy, Cresno has been part of helping organize morale building events for his fellow RHAF members. Because of his dedication to trying to keep his fellow RHAF members engaged, Cresno gained the attention of those at the Hapan Ministry of the Interior. Cresno was approached to be the Director of the Office of Hapan Recruitment (OHR). Cresno accepted the opportunity and quickly began working to re-vamp the Hapan recruitment process. Because of his leadership, Hapes was able to re-vamp its recruitment material and attract more members.
Deputy Director of Civil Service
Cresno enjoyed his time within the RHAF Navy, but wanted a different type of leadership growth. An opening appeared in the Hapan Ministry of the Interior for a position under his good friend Kriston Tsin, the current Deputy Minister of the Interior. Cresno was accepted into the role and retired from the RHAF Navy and assumed his new role Deputy Director of Civil Service on Y27 D157.
Fel`ta of the Interior
Within the Ministry of the Interior, Cresno demonstrated great competency in leading Civil Service as the Deputy Director. Taking on complex tasks and organizing multitudes of logistical operations across the Consortium, his leadership caught the eyes of the Hapan Royal Council. When Fel`da Beliar Stargazer, Fel`da (Minister) of the Interior, was appointed by royal charter as the first Governor-General of the Bank of Gallinore, new leadership opportunities within the Ministry of the Interior became available. Cresno's good friend Kriston Tsin, then Fel`ta of the Interior, was elevated to Fel`da of the Interior, and on the recommendation of Fel`da Tsin, Cresno was appointed Fel`ta of the Interior by His Majesty the Rai`ix Chume.
Cresno and Kriston assumed their roles on Y27 D293, with the announcement made by Fel`da Regalix Alarendor Cyrus — Prime Minister and chair of the Royal Council — on the steps of Lorell Hall in Chume'Dan, Hapes Prime. In his remarks, Fel`da Regalix Cyrus highlighted Cresno's service as the First Fleet's Executive Officer and the revolutionised recruiting efforts he had led at the Office of Hapan Recruitment.
