Edvard Gimelshwartz was found by smugglers on a barren asteroid, which, less than a week after he left, was pulled into a black hole. Edvard was found badly beaten up, unconscious, with several blaster burns to the chest and head. He claims that he has no memory of how he got on the planet, nor memories of much else before the smugglers found him.
After his rescue, Edvard found work in the transport business, working for the Hutt Cartel. But Edvard longed for an honest life, and left the seedy underworld behind to work as a freelance pilot and adventurer. He has gotten into trouble with the Cartel on more than one occasion, due to his hobby of liberating the Cartel's Twi'lek slaves.
Edvard worked for the Infinite Empire for some time, attaining the position of Executive Officer before returning to his life as a freelancer.
