History
House Ilone is a Chiss House that existed prior to the modern iterations of the Chiss Ascendancy. Once considered defunct it succeeded House Amals in the modern era and re-established itself as a Major House. House Ilone is considered as part of the growing Chiss Separatist movement brought about due to growing dissatisfaction within the modern Chiss Ascendancy. House Ilone exists as a symbol and its iconography continues to be used inspire all Separatists.
It's secession from the Chiss Ascendancy resulted in severe hostility between the Chiss Separatists and the Ascendancy. After many years of negotiations and a change of Grand Syndic, House Ilone re-entered Chiss politics and resume its place as a Major House in the Council of Families.
House Ilone has special status to always exist as a Major House due to its historical and current position within Chiss culture as one of the anchor Houses of the Council of Families of the 7th Chiss Ascendancy. This privilege, recognized by the Syndicure, has also been granted to House Csohn and House H'zebi
