Jena Covell is a Coruscant-born woman. With an interest in medical knowledge and a desire for a career in the field of military science, she enlisted in the Galactic Empire's army and is currently a Second Liutenant in the Imperial Army.

Biography

Life on Coruscant

Jena doesn't usually tell much about her life before the army, but she has once remarked that she lived in the lower level neighborhoods of Coruscant, where the inhabitants rarely see sunlight.

Her father, Joefra, was a disreputable doctor who had an unhygienic practice on a less-than-recommendable street in the city, right next to a tavern known for its blaster conflicts. Her mother, Levva, worked as an assistant in that clinic and from there the relationship grew. Subsequently she took on other jobs, such as running a grocery store.

At some point in '22 Jena made the decision to leave Coruscant to enlist, it is not known exactly why, other than her desire to be able to become a field medic.

Life on Prakith

On the 76th day of the 22nd year, after a somewhat eventful journey, Jena arrived at the military academy in Prakith, where she began her education as a recruit for the Empire.

On the 89th day of the 22nd year she graduated with honours from the Academy, having passed her training without major incidents. She was assigned to the Imperial Army.

Personality

Personality

Jena is usually polite and formal, maintaining a calm tone of voice most of the time. Over the years she has developed the ability to have a poker face even though she is internally cursing at the top of her lungs.

However, when she feels more comfortable and relaxed she tends to show more of her true self. Not often, as she is an aloof person.

On those occasions when she is more confident, she tends to show a somewhat sarcastic sense of humor.

Although she is part of the military, she is gentle in nature and her main priority is medicine. Although she does not want to admit it, she has an altruistic sense of selflessness that drives her to pursue her career as a military doctor.

She is not a coward, but she is not very self-confident, so it is easy for her to obey orders without asking herself whether they are correct or not.

However, if something is put to her, she is quite stubborn and can get into trouble for not wanting to give in.

Her biggest motivation is to become a good doctor, so she takes her studies in general very seriously. That may give the impression that she is a serious and responsible person, which is only half true.
