The Kintan Gunrunners is a group consisting of only of the Nikto race. No exceptions. The group was founded for the purpose of producing illegal weapons and delivering them if the price was right. Being that resources are limited they would rarely smuggle their own product to their clients.

The 'Kintan Gunrunners' was originally lead by Viera's own father; Troy Soltvedt. During one of his routine routes in the Unknown Regions, he was tricked and killed by a gang of rival smugglers. After his death Viera was given the option to run the Kintan Gunrunners as she saw fit or hand it to whomever was next in line.
