Takodana is a star system located in the Western Reaches sector of the Mid Rim region. The system was discovered by a Trade Federation-led coalition scouting the sector on the 308th day of Year 20 (CGT). Along with the recently-discovered Jakku system, the Trade Federation laid claim to Takodana and annexed the system into its territory.
